Online Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Natural Cycles, a leading digital healthcare company located in Stockholm, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Live Chat Associate to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and troubleshoot issues in a professional and courteous manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems and provide accurate information - Plan and prioritize workload effectively to meet performance targets and maintain high-quality service standards - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system - Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to enhance customer satisfaction - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - Proven experience in online customer service or live chat support - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
