Online Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Online Support Associate to join our team at Husqvarna Group in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer support or online support role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, able to handle challenging situations with grace, and have a high level of energy to keep up with our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers through email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improve the online support experience. 5. Manage relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 1+ years of experience in a customer support or online support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong analytical skills to assess customer data and feedback. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. People management skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. 6. Resilient attitude to handle challenging situations with a positive mindset. 7. Energetic and enthusiastic about providing top-notch customer service.
