The Online Support Specialist at Kry plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our users. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have while using our online platform. This includes troubleshooting technical problems, answering questions about our services, and providing guidance on how to navigate the platform effectively.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues - Update customer accounts with relevant information and ensure accurate records are maintained - Identify and report any recurring issues or trends to the appropriate teams for resolution - Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve the overall user experience
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in an online support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with difficult customers - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of online platforms and basic technical troubleshooting skills - Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude - Emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level
