Online Support Specialist

The Online Support Specialist at Kry plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our users. Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in an online support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with difficult customers - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of online platforms and basic technical troubleshooting skills - Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude - Emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level
