Web Chat Manager - Work from home

As a Web Chat Manager at Aspiro, you will be responsible for overseeing our web chat platform and ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of web chat agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the web chat platform and improve customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience across all channels. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: 1. Independent and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strategic planning and people management skills. 4. Proven experience in web chat management or a related field. 5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
