Job Description: Lifesum is looking for a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in web chat management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service through our online channels.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the web chat experience for our customers - Lead a team of web chat agents, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations - Monitor and analyze web chat performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Proven track record of driving results and meeting KPIs in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Driven and independent, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service - People management skills and the ability to lead a team effectively - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
