About the role

Do you love to learn and grow, get into the nitty-gritty of HubSpot, help your team stay organized and efficient, and enjoy solving problems? This role may be the perfect fit for you!

In the role of Sales operations coordinator, your focus will be to optimize the HubSpot CRM platform and our sales processes in order to build efficiency, drive results, and increase business. You need to make sure the HubSpot platform runs smoothly, and close any gaps. You will also support the sales team by implementing and following up routines and processes. You will be a part of our sales operations team and enter a company in a strong growth phase and there will be great development opportunities. We work team-based and you will be an important part of continuing to develop our company.

As an Sales operations coordinator you will:

  • Build efficiency in sales operations by supporting with expertise in HubSpot.
  • Be responsible for communicating new routines and processes within the organization.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to build an effective inbound sales organization
  • Work together with colleagues from our Platform, Advisory and Academy business to support across all of Position Green Group.
  • Be prepared to work with all existing tasks in an entrepreneurial and fast-growing company.

Are you the one we’re looking for?

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have 1-3 years of both inbound and outbound sales experience and be an experienced HubSpot user with an always learning and growing mindset. You like a fast pace and are a natural problem solver. Since you will play a key part in coordinating you need to be well structured and manage to keep an overview of different tasks simultaneously. We imagine you are a great team player and feel comfortable working with different stakeholders within our organization. You have excellent communication skills with professional fluency in English.

As a person, you have a positive attitude, you are curious and have a sense of humor. You look forward to working in a growing team that triggers each other to great deeds and are driven by contributing to a positive change.
