Job Description

We are in search of an experienced Implementation Partner to aid in the implementation of new functionalities within SAP and SuccessFactors. The perfect candidate will boast a robust background in SAP implementation, coupled with certification in SAP technologies.

Our client is looking to implement a feature for gathering and managing competence and skill data effectively. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in navigating competences and skills, particularly in the context of onboarding and offboarding processes in SAP.

Qualifications

• SAP and successfactors experience
• Experience in mapping skills amp; competences efficiently.
• Strong communication skills
• Stakeholder management in large organisations
• Onboarding and off boarding processes

You have a good ability to work together with others, and you enjoy having a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to influence.
