Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in booking cruise reservations via phone email and online chat
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
• Coordinate with cruise lines to ensure accurate booking information
• Process payments and send confirmation details to customers
• Maintain accurate records of all reservations and customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer systems and booking software
