Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to lead and roll out strategic digitalization initiatives within the pharmaceutical business. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced technical solutions to drive efficiency and decision making together with key stakeholders from departments such as Global Sales & Operations Planning, Global Supply Operations, External Manufacturing and Global Launch Management.

In this position you will be a key resource in answering the key business questions that will drive prioritized business decisions using advanced analytics and data science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build impactful visualizations to drive business decisions and scenario planning
• Achieve high forecast accuracy and minimize write-offs
• Drive reporting capabilities for Global Manufacturing & Supply while ensuring standardization and scalability
• Lead digital roadmap for Global Manufacturing & Supply to enhance data and performance management
• Support predictive forecasting methods in Sobi Planning Analytics Demand & Revenue system
• Act as an expert data analyst to support Global Manufacturing & Supply strategic initiatives

Qualifications

About you:

• Masters University degree in engineering / IT / digital / business / business applications or related areas
• Strong Office 365 and Power BI knowledge and understanding of relational database concepts
• Minimum 3-5 years demonstrated experiences within a manufacturing, supply chain, consultancy preferable in the pharmaceutical environment
• Data and process driven mindset
• Passion for digital innovation and experience with Machine Learning is a plus
• Experiences with SmartSheet dashboard/reporting capabilities
• SQL knowledge is not mandatory, but you must be willing to learn 
• Good command of English, written and spoken
• Fast learner with a “Can do attitude”
• Self-starter, persistent, team player, effective leader, goal-oriented and keen and effective in a cross-functional and cross- cultural working environment
