Operations Associate - Get Hired Fast

Responsibilities:

• Perform varied and repetitive tasks related to production, fulfillment, quality inspection and inventory control with an emphasis on attention to detail
• Use basic metrology instruments (weight scale, ruler), data entry
• Document and communicate issues for corrective action
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Maintain daily inventory usage and accuracy
• Receive, count, inspect and report shipment inventory
• Escalate quality and logistic issues that may affect fulfillment output
• Prepare process documentation
• Assist the production team when needed to meet production schedule
• Work hours may start at 8:00 am onsite at our Stockholm location
• Ability to work extended hours on occasions
• You may need to lift up to 15 kg

• Attention to detail

• Discipline to execute company’s best practices in security and privacy
• Good level of English

Nice to have, but not required:

• 6+ months experience working in a fulfillment/production/logistics/quality assurance environment
• Familiar with fulfillment work in other facilities
• Familiarity working in a Windows environment
• Experience using metrology and inspection instruments
• Course study in science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, manufacturing or related field
