SAP Delivery Lead Consultant

Avigna is hiring for 'SAP Delivery Lead Consultant.'

We are looking for an  SAP Delivery Lead Consultant  to join the team to build, support, and drive customer innovations, bringing efficiency to the processes through efficient management of cost and schedule.

Required Skills:

1. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Proven stakeholder management. Be able to handle different stakeholders, both internal IT & business and external (implementation partners)

2. Have real experience in a multi-cultural global environment – business stakeholder likely Europe based, with key implementation consultants also Europe base, but larger configurator and developers in South Asia & beyond. Experience in global roll-out advantages.

3. Able to think and act as an influencer, likely without formal designation. Past project management experience is needed.

4. Extensive knowledge of SAP manufacturing modules, including Production Planning (PP), Interfaces from SAP to Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and Plant Maintenance (PM). Experienced with variant configurator and configurable materials.

5. Extensive knowledge of SAP Project System / PS module.

6. Proven experience: Solution Design: Design SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with our manufacturing requirements, including configuring standard SAP functionality and developing custom solutions where necessary.

7. Proven experience : System Configuration: Configure SAP modules relevant to manufacturing, such as Production Planning (PP), interfaces to Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and Plant Maintenance (PM), to meet our specific needs.

8. Proven experience: System configuration: Project system / PS module.

9. Proven experience: Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test scripts to validate the functionality and performance as designed & built.

10. Able to write technical specifications for custom programs/interfaces (possibly complex) to MES systems (manufacturing execution system) & other tools for product configurator.

11. Experience in a machine production environment or engineering manufacturing environment. Both in MTS (make-to-stock engineering product) as well as configured to order (CTO) types of production process. Bonus for experience in complex configurable engineered-to-order types of business environments.

Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on designer: able to perform as many of such roles – config standard system, document functional specs, write a functional spec for custom interfaces/reports, assist in data conversion, assist in testing preparations e.g. script, testing, involve in unit-test & follow up, involve in UAT & follow up, hyper care

2. Work with implementation consultants & possible internal resources in sub-teams, working in agile methodology to deliver as per scope documents

3. As senior designer / experience designer – be delegate of SDL with respective sub-team to ensure compliance to delivery methods and schedule as agreed at project level, and Process level (P2F)

4. May be assigned to co-ordinate with other process teams for “traversal” issues. Transversal issues are those that cross one or more process teams.

- Background/Have at least 5 full implementation cycle, with at least 12-15 years on SAP implementation real-experience (not generic working experience).

- Have worked on at least 2 global implementation projects and worked with stakeholders from across the globe.
