We are on an exciting and international expansion journey and are now looking for a freelancing Artworker / Graphic Designer to join our marketing team on a consultancy basis.

This role is a full time position, responsible for implementing and adapting creative concepts and content to paid media channels, our e-commerce platform, newsletters and membership program. You will also lead in-season creative concept development and implementation and be responsible for ensuring that all content on these channels is aligned with Peak Performance brand direction and visual expression.

This role will be based at our Headquarter in Stockholm and will report directly to the Head of Art Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid & Social media:

• Be responsible for adapting creative concepts to paid media (mainly digital) and organic social media.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in the business to deliver the assets and concepts. (Creative team, Social media manager and Paid media manager).

E-commerce:

• Deliver creative content adaptations for our website based on our brand calendar and commercial priorities in close collaboration with the copywriter for e-commerce and e-commerce team.
• Design all email marketing assets for newsletters.
• Work with the Product studio in ensuring short notice productions to fuel sales.
• Ensure consistency of creative/brand message across e-com and newsletters.

In-season creative concepts:

• Deliver creative concepts and initiatives in response to a brief.
• Create briefs for photographers, directors and other creators and lead photo/film shoots together with a project team and deliver directives for these concepts.

• Bachelor of Art, Fine Arts or Design.
• Minimum 3 years experience from a Graphic Design role, preferably e-com experience.
• Experience from working with paid and social media optimizing content for each channel.
• Deep knowledge in visual design, layout, motion design, typography, photography and consumer behaviors.
• Fluent in Swedish & English.
• As this is a consultancy any applicant needs to have a registered company with F-Skattsedel.
