About the role:  

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure impactful digital recruitment initiatives and drive digital

employer branding campaigns in close collaboration with our Digital Media Manager. You will be

working on different exciting initiatives such as:

· Create copy texts and design of digital recruitment ads and campaigns

· Support with paid campaigns

· Update and create content for different digital platforms

· Create and run talent nurturing programs

· Monitoring digital media platforms and respond on comments

· Analytics

Who we are looking for :

To be a good fit for this role, you are in the mid of your studies (post-secondary education) and have an interest in digital media and/or marketing. It is strongly meritorious if you have experience from Photoshop and Meta Ads Manager.

· Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish 

We expect you to work about 2-3 days a week.
