Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing Associate to join our team on a remote basis. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities: 1. Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. 2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and opportunities. 3. Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns. 4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives. 5. Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. 6. Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing materials and tools to support sales efforts. 7. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing strategies. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a marketing role. - Energetic and passionate about marketing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/software. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
