An important part of succeeding with this ambition is to build a marketplace platform that helps our verticals (Jobs, Mobility, Real Estate, ReCommerce) win their markets. The way we structure and offer our products, product packages, and commercial terms is a crucial building block. We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated analyst to join our Insight & Analytics function in the part of Schibsted Marketplaces we call Common. Common includes the shared Nordic Marketplace platform unit Aurora, the cross-vertical unit Horizontal Experience and Adjacent Products (Personal Finance, Travel, Advertising). Insight & Analytics Common currently has two teams, Insight Data and Research & Analysis. This role is in team Research & Analysis. As a Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our new, shared platform by providing valuable insights and recommendations to our product and development teams. In this role, you will work with a diverse team of Nordic data professionals and analysts. Our function is brand new and covers vast areas, but we’re pretty sure this is what we’ll be doing: * Enable other teams to work effectively and autonomously with data and insight by scaling our Learning Loop method * Collect, analyse and interpret data using data visualisation and reporting tools like Tableau and Amplitude * Track and report on key performance metrics through data warehouses on Snowflake and AWS * Support platform migrations to a new shared platform with tracking, tagging plans, data definitions, analytical models etc to have a solid foundation to build great data products * Identify, analyse and communicate insights to develop platform services that drive business growth in our marketplaces and commercial products * Assist in experiments of all flavours, mainly with Platform, Horizontal Experience and Adjacent teams * Help improve user engagement and brand experience in our cross-market * services * Balance privacy risk and business value * Be the heart of the greater insight community, keeping us connected and inspired through events, channels and whatever else it takes * Take care of our people and have fun We’re looking for candidates who have: * Strong analytical skills and some years of experience with data visualisation and reporting tools like Tableau, Amplitude, Google Analytics and experience collaborating with data warehousing teams * Knowledge of and experience in using SQL to build data sets for analytical purposes * Experience working with product teams in a technology or software company * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Strong problem-solving abilities Apply below!
