Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team

What You Will Work On:

• Collaborate with engineers and designers to create and evolve innovative user-facing software and/or hardware products.
• Lead the early discovery phase of product development, focusing on user-centered design thinking and UX/UI development.
• Drive the delivery of user-facing products with significant market impact.
• Manage Director/VP-level stakeholders across large organizations to ensure alignment and success.
• Utilize both agile software delivery and project-based hardware delivery methods to achieve project goals.

What You Bring:

• At least 10 years of experience working as a Product Manager for user-facing software and/or hardware products.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful user-facing products.
• Expertise in the early stages of product development, including discovery phase.
• Strong experience with user-centered design thinking and UX/UI development for software products.
• Proven ability to manage Director/VP-level stakeholders across large organizations.
• Proficiency in navigating high ambiguity and loosely defined product boundaries.
• Strong data-driven mindset, using both qualitative and quantitative data points to make decisions.
• Humble and empathetic team player with a focus on delivering results.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and complex contexts, providing clarity and strategic direction.
• Focused on identifying and solving important user problems.
• Fluency in English is sufficient for this assignment.
