Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

As a Marketing Assistant at Aspiro, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in executing strategic initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. Your responsibilities will include assisting with market research, creating marketing materials, coordinating campaigns, managing social media accounts, analyzing campaign data, and supporting the team in various other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities: - Support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies - Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content - Coordinate marketing campaigns and events - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers - Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall company goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4 years of experience in a marketing role - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong project management skills - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
