Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Marketing Assistant to join our team at Spotify. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from home in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Associate Level Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks to drive the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Manage social media platforms and engage with followers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives - Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics - Maintain marketing materials and assets - Support in organizing events and promotional activities - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Leadership qualities and ability to take initiative - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
