As a Marketing Associate, you will work closely with the marketing team to assist in developing and implementing various marketing strategies to promote the Happy Socks brand.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visual content for marketing materials - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to track ROI and make data-driven decisions - Support the organization and execution of events and promotions - Assist in managing relationships with external partners and agencies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing
