Job Description:

Spotify is looking for a talented and motivated Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level position, the Online Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the creation and implementation of online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to Spotify's website and app. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, display advertising, and paid search. 3. Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and improve overall ROI. 4. Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to drive brand engagement and grow online communities. 5. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with Spotify's brand guidelines. 6. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and performance.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in online digital marketing. - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tools, and techniques. - Proficient in Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Resilient and confident personality traits. - Demonstrated time management and leadership skills.
