Online Marketing Associate

Job Description:

LightAir is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Marketing Associate to join our team in Stockholm, SE. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is driven, passionate about marketing, and looking to kickstart their career in the field. As an Online Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the execution of online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately sales.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing strategies - Monitor and analyze online campaigns to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Assist with the creation of content for digital channels, including social media, email, and website - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior - Work closely with graphic designers and copywriters to ensure all marketing materials are on-brand and engaging - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed - Assist with the development and maintenance of online advertising campaigns - Provide regular reports on key performance metrics to stakeholders - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in online marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Strong presentation skills and ability to think critically - Experience with social media platforms and online marketing tools is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
