Role Description:

We are seeking a talented and resultsdriven Performance Marketer to join our marketing team. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic leads and conversions across various channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition engagement and retention.
• Manage endtoend performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels including PPC display advertising social media advertising email marketing and more.
• Conduct keyword research audience targeting and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
• Create and optimize ad copy landing pages and conversion funnels to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including CTR CPA conversion rate and ROI and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design content and product teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and leverage new technologies and tactics to drive results.
• Test and iterate on campaign strategies creative assets and targeting parameters to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets forecast performance and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Generate reports and provide regular updates on campaign performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing with a track record of driving measurable results and ROI.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and decisionmaking.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools including Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn Ads and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally in a fastpaced environment.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
• Experience with A/B testing multivariate testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with B2B marketing and/or SaaS products is a plus.
• Passion for technology and innovation.
