Technical Web and SEO Manager

Outpost24 is looking for a new Technical Web and SEO Manager to improve our company's website performance and search engine visibility. We are looking for someone with deep understanding of web optimization techniques, strong analytical skills, and expertise in implementing technical SEO strategies. The Technical Web and SEO Manager will be responsible for setting annual targets to achieve the overall company-wide goals, and other marketing targets, such as lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with web development and executes on technical and performance related aspects of the company’s web presence.
• Conduct technical SEO audits of website(s) and discovers opportunities and issues for optimization to ensure the best possible health.
• Lead the development of our web strategy and SEO roadmap, and plays a critical role in strategic discussions to drive organic growth.
• Analyze website traffic, internal linking structures, data related to indexing, and other elements to provide recommendations for optimization.
• Give guidance and recommendations for multiple geo-located teams focused on optimizing on-page and off-page SEO.
• Analyze user behavior and conduct user experience (UX) research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to evaluate the impact of website changes on user behavior and conversion rates.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Advanced technical SEO knowledge, with a proven track record of building highly performing organic growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of web development; HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of various SEO tools, including Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs.
• Experience with data analytics, dashboards, and reporting, including Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4, and Tag Manager.
• Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing platforms.
• Familiarity with web design principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data, make data-driven decisions, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization and digital marketing, preferably in the B2B, or IT industry .
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles, techniques, and best practices
