Job Description As our Brand & Marketing Lead you will lead global brand and marketing campaigns and projects to ensure all project deliverables (strategy, concepts, content and activation) to deliver on set goals and on brand - on time and within budget. You report to the Marketing Planning Manager. Key responsibilities: Setting campaign/project strategy, brief, goals, KPI’s and project time plan with all stakeholders cross-functionally. Ensure all project deliverables (strategy, concepts, content and activation) deliver on brief, set goals and on brand and creative direction. Lead, inform, motivate, and align project team (inhouse, agency or hybrid) to deliver on goals and our brand direction and identity. Lead the analysis and follow-up of delivered projectsto demonstrate return ofinvestment and to learn and improve ways of working. Make sure the global campaign/project strategy is communicated to and implemented by the local teams and make sure local input is brought into the project at the right time. What you need to succeed: At least 5 years of experience within Project Management in Marketing & Communication with knowledge of full marketing and media mix and how to create impact with communication. Ability to lead a team towards strategies and creative direction. Strategic and analytical ability; can translate insights into action. Excellent communication skills and a great leader to motivate, lead and engage others. Excellent planning skills: work pro-active, organized and structured. Attention to detail as well as a strategic and holistic mindset. Additional Information This is a full-time permanent position based at our Stockholm Atelier, starting as soon as possible.
