Brand Marketing Manager - Finnish Speaking

About the role As the Brand Marketing Manager, Northern Europe, you will be responsible for driving marketing-related outcomes for key projects and products. You will work closely with cross-functional partners, guiding user research, market analysis, and making valued business recommendations. Your role will involve developing critical user journeys, creating a cohesive user lifecycle strategy, and executing marketing plans. This position reports to the Northern Europe Brand and Reputation Marketing Lead and will be based in our Stockholm office with a hybrid working schedule.

In your role as Brand Marketing Manager, your main tasks will include:
• Leading user research and market analysis to inform business recommendations.
• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and plans.
• Managing project priorities, scoping, and resource allocation.
• Defining opportunities to drive user growth and engagement.
• Developing and guiding marketing content creation and brand positioning.
• Managing relationships with partners, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Driving and managing campaigns, assets, and programs to meet team objectives.

This is a consulting assignment with start asap and until 31 jan 2025.

About you We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in brand management and marketing, with experience in driving marketing strategies for high-impact projects. You should have a Bachelor 's degree or equivalent practical experience, and be fluent in both English and Finnish (native speaker ideal). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, data analysis, and market trends. Personal characteristics that are important for this role include strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

• Proven experience in brand management and campaign execution.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in Finnish and strong English language skills.
