Are you a digital marketing enthusiast with a passion for EdTech? Dugga is an exam platform, born out of scientific research for all types of tests, exams, assignments, homework tests, and national exams. We are seeking an energetic Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission to improve quality and equality in education.

Your tasks:

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks aimed at, increasing brand awareness, maximizing site traffic and product conversion as well as engaging our audience. You work across a number of channels, including web, SEO/SEM, email and social media. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Social Media Master: Create and manage engaging content across our socials. Monitor social media analytics and provide insights to optimize strategies.
• SEO/SEM Specialist: Develop and implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve our online visibility. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and enhance our search engine rankings.
• Promotion Powerhouse: Develop compelling promotional materials that resonate with our target audience, both in print and digital formats.
• Event Extraordinaire: Plan and execute both online and offline events, including webinars and seminars. Coordinate all logistical aspects and ensure a seamless attendee experience.
• Mailings Maven: Manage email campaigns and newsletters, from content creation to scheduling and tracking engagement.
• Video Virtuoso: Edit engaging videos using Premiere Pro, turning raw footage into polished pieces.
• Photography Passion (Plus): If you have a keen interest in photography, you'll have the chance to contribute your skills to visually showcase our products and events.
• EdTech Enthusiast (Plus): A strong interest in the EdTech industry will give you a unique advantage in understanding our audience and tailoring your marketing efforts effectively.
• Web Wizard (Plus): Keep our website fresh and engaging by updating content, implementing design improvements, and ensuring a user-friendly experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing or related roles.
• Proficiency in Canva, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and/or Google Tag Manager.
• Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation skills.
• Strong independent multitasking skills.
• High proficiency in both Swedish and English.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and tools.
• Bonus: Photography + video production skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Reporting to the CMO and closely collaborating with the team to align marketing strategies and initiatives.
