We are looking for a consultant for our client..

Our clientin Denmark has invested in the Salesforce platform to integrate and optimize their marketing, CRM, accounting, user/customer data, and data overview. The project involves extensive customization and custom coding of all modules from scratch. Therefore, We areseeking an experienced and skilled Salesforce developer.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Development and Customization:

• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including coding modules from scratch.
• Tailor the Salesforce platform to meet clients specific needs in marketing, CRM, accounting, and data management.

Architecture and Overview:

• Take a leading role in the development process with a holistic overview of the project's architecture and structure.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and integrated with the client's existing systems and future needs.

Mentoring and Training:

• Train and guide current developers who have experience with Salesforce configuration but lack skills in custom coding.
• Develop and conduct training sessions in Apex programming and advanced development techniques in Salesforce.
• Foster a learning culture and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Project Management:

• Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting the set quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in advanced Salesforce development and custom coding.
• Deep knowledge of Apex programming and Salesforce architecture.
• Experience in training and mentoring other developers, especially in a learning or mentoring role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working on complex projects with an understanding of project management and coordination.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Patience and ability to convey complex technical topics in an understandable way.
• Commitment to continuous learning and updating of new knowledge in Salesforce and development technologies.
• Must be fluent in either English or Danish.

Work Arrangement:

• Onsite 3 days a week in Copenhagen (right by Nørreport station) and 2 days remote. This may later change to 2 days onsite, but initially, it requires more.
• Project duration: 12+ months.
