We are now looking for a creative, passionate Head Chef who has significant experience in leading a team and with a desire to deliver a guest experience beyond the ordinary.

Responsibilities:

1. Head Chef reports to Operation Manager.
2. Responsible for A la Carté Restaurang - The Social Bar & Bistro, bankettverksamhet, frukost, and delivery to the SPA avdelning and reception.

In your team, you are responsible for:

• Sous Chef
• Kockar, including frukost kockar
• Kallskänkor
• Diskare

The Leader We Seek:
- Loves leading their team through commitment, clarity & presence.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership with successful outcomes.
- Enjoys mingling with guests in the dining room to present menu offerings.
- Understands the importance of feedback and contribution to a feedback culture for employee growth and development.
- Proficient in kitchen economics and labor law.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Responsible for and involved in daily operations.
2. Organize & schedule to achieve goals.
3. Approve invoices & ensure correct cost centers.
4. Inventory, order supplies, liaise with suppliers.
5. Accountable for departmental results in terms of cost control & budgeting to deliver COGS according to set goals.

More responsibilities include personnel management, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, hygiene routines, food handling, systematic work environment management, and ensuring operational control including evenings & weekends.
