As the head of global sales, you will be the pioneer in our sales discipline at Starhive. You’ll join the leadership team and play a crucial role in our future success. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and building a strong team of sales professionals.

Worth noticing is that we're big fans of product-led sales. But even the most intuitive product needs to be introduced to organisations to get the flywheel moving. Starhive is not an old-school, expensive, and hard-to-sell product - it's more about discovering the most suitable customer problem to solve and then work from there.

What you’ll be doing

As head of global sales, y ou will:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Manage the sales funnel and flywheel processes
  • Set and achieve sales targets
  • Engage directly in customer-facing sales activities
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Channel teams to ensure a coordinated approach to generating opportunities and leads
  • Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and events to build brand awareness and generate sales opportunities
  • Execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand the customer base

More about you

On your first day, we expect you to have:

  • 6+ years of experience selling enterprise-grade SaaS solutions to a range of different international customers
  • Experience in setting up and leading a highly performant sales team
  • Experience and a natural talent for consultative selling (listen, learn, and explore together with prospects)
  • Proven track record in hitting sales targets
  • Successful history of net direct new business sales, upsell and cross-sell with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets

Interpersonal skills with excellent English skills (both spoken and written)
