TalenTailors is seeking an experienced and strategic-thinking Head of HR to join our customer`s team. As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the HR function to support our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives
• Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Develop and implement employee development and training programs to support career growth
• Manage the compensation and benefits program, including salary benchmarking and performance-based rewards
• Oversee HR administration, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, strategies, and best practices
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and training and development
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office
