If so, this role and HR team might be something for you! We are now looking for a driven HR-colleague to join our team for at least 18 months to cover parental leave.
The role
In this role as an HR Analyst and Project Leader, you will drive company-wide people processes and development projects. Currently we have a focus on developing HR platforms and people analytics tools. You will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic HR initiatives and enhancing our employee experience across the organization. In group HR we work closely with the local Heads of HR across all Bonava markets: Germany, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
Our team in Group HR consists of eight colleagues and is led by our SVP Brand & Culture. We are committed to creating business value by driving continuous improvement. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with all of us: HR generalists, HR Business Partner, Compensation and Benefits specialist. You will report to the Head of Employee Journey, who you will work closely with in processes and projects.
