HR Business Partner As HR Business Partner, based at our Head Office in Gothenburg, you will have a central role in supporting local and international leaders in their people priorities and talent agenda. By providing HR expertise, coaching and guidance to managers you will make an impact on both team and individual level. You will drive and execute HR projects in line with our people agenda as well as working on the continuous development of our HR function. In the realm of change management, particularly during reorganisation and strategic shifts, you'll be taking the lead. What you'll do Work as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR-related matters. Work closely with management to understand key business objectives and develop HR tactics and strategies to support them. Develop and implement talent processes, including performance management, total rewards, succession planning, and leadership development. Act as our internal expert in Swedish labor law and union cooperation Drive organisational change, improve processes, and implement new policies in cooperation with the HR Business team What you bring Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international and preferably high-growth environment Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken. In-depth understanding of Swedish labor law, as well as knowledge and hands-on experience working with the Unions in Sweden To succeed in the role strong analytical skills, good business acumen and the ability to deliver hands-on and pragmatic solutions in a constantly changing environment will be needed.
