We are hiring for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team here at Starbreeze Entertainment. You will work closely with our leadership team and people managers to coach and support our leaders in people questions. This is a role where you will have the chance to really have your say and contribute to the development of our new people processes, frameworks and ways of working. We are looking for an individual who is open minded, a self leader and has strong business acumen, and is happy to wear different hats and help out colleagues where needed.
You will collaborate closely with our leaders, managers, and HR team and report into our Head of HR.
This role has a requirement of 3 days per week onsite in Stockholm.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day guidance to our leaders and the organization;
Drive and lead HR projects and processes, making sure HR and business strategies align;
Work closely with leaders to build a collaborative work environment and support increased efficiency;
Provide guidance and input to workforce planning and succession planning;
Implement SBZ leadership approach and strategy;
Ensure that processes/workflows in the Employee experience journey are aligned with SBZ strategy, vision, purpose, and values;
Be an ambassador for change management together with SBZ HR Director and Management;
Contribute to making SBZ a diverse, equal, and inclusive organization;
Keep up with outside perspectives in the field of HR (talent, branding, compensation & benefits).
Requirements:
Experience working as a HR Business Partner or similar position in a fast-paced technical environment;
Good understanding of Swedish labor law and HR processes;
Experience working in a data driven environment;
Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management;
Capacity to drive and manage projects and changes;
Interest in gaming;
Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree, or other relevant qualification, in a field related to Human Resource Management, organizational studies or business management/administration or similar.
Good to have:
Experience working in the gaming industry.
