This position is located downtown Stockholm and will serve the Naturkompaniet organization in Sweden and Norwaywith excellent consultative approach as a part of the Retail organization that we call Frilufts. You will report into our Head of HR Frilufts, (located in Hamburg) and will be a part of a European HRBP team.

What you’ll do

You will be part of a HR (Business partner)team within Naturkompanietand therefore - together with your team partner - bethemain contact for the managers and employees working for Naturkompaniet stores and Head officein Sweden and/or Norway.

You will work both strategically and operationally to ensure that our HR (strategies) topics are executed in the most effective and efficient way.

The main tasks are:

  • Consult, support and train managers on HR-related topics and personnel errands in their daily work, e.g. team development, individual errands, labor law, support in staff-planning (Quinyx), recruitment, sick-leave and rehab handlingetc.
  • You are part of a European HR-Team at Frilufts Retail AB .
  • You develop and execute on strategic plans and HR projects such as leadership development, learning activities, employee engagement, performance management in close cooperation with your HR colleagues in Frilufts Retail.
  • You provide operational HR services and define working methods and processes along systems at the interfaces to group functions such as payroll, master data and reporting.
  • You prepare recommendations for new practices/policies or changes to existing practices/policies to remain competitive with the marketplace.
  • You drive recruitmentfor office and stores in close cooperation with line managers
  • Act as the HR go-to-person for all staff that wants to consult a third party or getting support in employment or HR-related questions.
  • Work closely with the Head of Retail and the retail teamto best support the stores and store managersat all time.

Who you are

We think you would be a great match for the position if:

  • You have a bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, organizational psychology or other behavioral subject.
  • You have 2+ years of experience working in an operational HR role, experience in Retail and in usingQuinyxwould be a plus
  • You have experience of consulting and coaching managers and employees in various errands.
  • You are knowledgeable within labor law, and has ability to apply national law and union agreement regulations onto practical cases.
  • You are good in communicating, speaks both Swedish and English. Norwegian is a plus.
  • You have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships. You are grounded and demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
  • You share our passion for the nature and outdoors.
