The Role: Yubico’s team is growing fast and we are looking for an HR Generalist to strengthen our global HR team, with focus on the EMEA and APJ region. You will work closely with the regional HR team, consisting of an HR Director and an HR Specialist, to ensure that we continue to provide first class human resource guidance to the business. To be successful in the role, you are service-minded, highly organized and have a strong attention to detail. Furthermore, you understand the value of acting professionally with knowledge and high integrity. Tasks & Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day HR operations in the region Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc., and resolve personnel’s issues and problems Maintain and update the HRIS system, employee files and records Support payroll in our European and Asia-Pacific countries Handle employee onboarding and offboarding Responsible for the contractor onboarding process Oversee immigration, visa, and work permits processes Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and guidelines Assist in implementation of HR projects and initiatives, ensure adoption across the organization Skills & Experience: University degree within human resource management or equivalent work experience Minimum one year of HR experience in Sweden with knowledge of Swedish employment law Experience from international organizations is a plus, especially in the European community Highly organized with the ability to handle parallel projects and prioritize efficiently Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take responsibility Service-minded and problem solver with exceptional interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English Based in Stockholm Reports to the regional HR Director EMEA & APJ #LI-VIV #LI-Onsite We are an equal opportunity employer, we value diversity and uphold an inclusive environment where all people feel that they are equally respected and valued.
