Institutional Sales Manager (expertise in Government Sales) Esteban Triana - April 10, 2024 in Careers Location: South India / South East Asia Job Overview: SyntheticMR, a company specializing in providing innovative quantitative solutions in the field of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development manager to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand SyntheticMR’s presence in Public and Private sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the government procurement process, excellent networking skills, knowledge of the brain imaging sector and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and OEMs to drive growth, establish partnerships, and achieve revenue targets. Roles and Responsibilities: Sales and Revenue generation Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue targets Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand SyntheticMR’s commercial presence Continuously monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth Funnel Management Identify new business opportunities – public and private, in the specific geography Generate new leads, lead commercial discussions and ensure closure Identify upcoming tenders and participate in pre bid meetings Ensure inclusion of specifications in the tender and order execution Knowledge of GeM portal OEM Management Work closely with multiple OEM teams across the specific geography Engagement Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in public and private sectors Engage and collaborate with government agencies, research institutions, and other stakeholders to explore partnership opportunities Marketing Planning and overseeing execution of marketing activities, CMEs, webinars, etc. Attending conferences, tradeshows and industry events Qualifications Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven track record of successful business development in government sector Strong understanding of the medical imaging sector, with experience in MRI technology being advantageous Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and industry partners SyntheticMR AB develops and markets innovative software solutions for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
