About the Team and the Organization

Our Network Delivery team is instrumental in driving the rollout and execution of our global Connectivity Platform across Essity Globally. Working closely with the Network Platform team; the Network Delivery team executes the vision of the Essity Connectivity platform and bring this to Operational Readiness inline with Standards.

About the Role

In this role you will collaborate with external business stakeholders within Network area as well as with multiple internal IT roles, such as Business Analysts, Local IT, IT Infrastructure teams from areas like Hosting, Service Operations, Global Supply Chain, and other external service vendors.

Your focus areas will be on the process of Network components, Network hardware but also line upgrades and other Network services. We have an international team which consists of Project Leaders, different Network technical delivery roles and site contacts. This position is hybrid and preferably based at our office in Mölndal, Sweden and reports to the IT Team Lead of Network Delivery team.

What You Will Do

A key focus area for the Business analyst role is to successfully define, scope, manage and deliver large global orders of hardware with agreed roadmaps, requirements, and parameters, working closely with other teams both external and internal.

Troubleshoot and verify network designs agreed with standards of Network Design team.

Support development of network hardware processes both internally but also externally

Steer Design review meetings and verification

Contribute towards finding and implementing effective ordering solutions in a matrix organization – have close relationship with Architects, IT Infrastructure teams, Business Vendors and Local IT

Establish the Blueprint for the Network Architecture, and work with technical solution owners when needed.

Support the Network ordering process from start to be connected. Support the process afterwards with external vendors.

Assist with WAN bandwidth requests and its process.

You will help the business empower our processes and make them more efficient.

As this role is new to the Network Delivery team you will have great opportunities to develop the processes. You will have the possibility to influence and build up this work area.

Who You Are

You should have some experience within Network technical understandings and network hardware. Recommended is also that you have worked with network hardware processes, so you have the knowledge about what is included.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings

You are the person who enjoys learning new things and who applies technology to solve problems since the tools we are using are changing rapidly and we want to use them to their full potential. You are happy to work with numbers and data and you know how to use them and document. You feel comfortable in an international and in a technical environment and enjoy the participation of administrative work. You like to work in a structured way.
