Tasks In your new role, you will primarily support our customers in Berlin and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructures and media technology applications. Whether hardware or software: with your expertise, you will provide our customers with competent IT support and help them find optimal solutions to technical challenges. A modern issue tracking system is available to you for this purpose, which you can use to efficiently receive and track inquiries and error messages.
