Are you ready to step into a leadership role? Join our team as an Acting Manager for Technical Sales Support! Our current Manager has embraced new challenges within the company, opening the perfect opportunity for someone eager to take the reins and drive success. We are looking for a motivated and experienced person with a passion for engineering and leadership where you will manage a team of ten direct reports located in Kristinehamn. In this role, you will have the key accountabilities of managing the personnel and resources for the Technical Sales Support team. You'll be responsible for leading and instructing the assigned team on a daily basis, fostering personal development and engagement. Ensuring the delivery of adequate technical and engineering support will be crucial.

Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to create processes, demonstrate leadership, and provide support for product development and documentation.
