Your new dream Job:

As a Marketing Coordinator , you will work on the marketing of Avidly's HubSpot service offerings with a focus on hands-on task execution and coordination of marketing work in both your native language and Global English.

The role involves a suitable blend of digital marketing and HubSpot-based marketing work, suited to your skills, experience and passion. This could include items such as assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies; managing and undertaking content translation; content production; social media execution; and assisting at in-person and virtual events.

What your Day will look like:

• Assisting with campaign idea generation, planning and execution.

• Contributing to monthly and quarterly marketing reporting.

• Coordinating the translation of campaign content and website pages.

• Translating to and from your native language to Global English.

• Supporting the management of our website and social media content.

• Assisting in organising and delivering online and in-person marketing events.

• Assisting with maintaining and managing the HubSpot Portal (CRM, Reports, CMS, File Manager).

• Participating actively in internal team meetings with your colleagues from across Europe.

• Communicating with client service teams for alignment and understanding.

What makes you shine:

• 1+ years experience in digital marketing roles with proven success in campaign delivery.

• Having something marketing-related that you’re super passionate about such as email marketing, copywriting, social media, video production or event planning.

• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms like HubSpot or WordPress, and basic proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and market research.

• Some project management skills, being able to juggle a few live deadlines at once and self-prioritise your time accordingly is key in this role.

• Some data analysis skills; be able to understand which performance data is important.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of being an active contributor in meetings and workshops but also able to communicate with Resourcing and agency specialists when they support our work.

• Relevant degree would be good but not essential if experience replaces this.

• Strong desire to learn and build your own career path; we want team members for the long haul that can grow with us and help us succeed.
