Brand &Marketing As part of the core functions at Truesec, the brand and marketing team work collaboratively with every part of the organisation, both locally and globally. The marketing teams focus is to generate interest for Truesecs services and drive leads for the commercial teams. The goal is to continue to build and strengthen Truesec's brand as a trusted global cybersecurity partner as we continue to scale in several European markets and enter new ones. The marketing team consists of specialists that have a lot of ownership and responsibility over their area of expertise, combined with valuable partnerships with chosen agencies to assist us with projects outside the scope of the teams core competence. The Role In this role as a MarketingProject Manager you willbe responsible for ensuring successful execution from conception to completion of various campaigns and events. You'll develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple initiatives.Coordination is key as you willwork closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the process. You'll have the opportunity to identify and explore marketing opportunities to attract target audiences, focusing on Denmark, Finland, and new markets. Staying up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies will be crucial to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee end-to-end project management for campaigns and events, ensuring successful execution from conception to completion. Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, logistics, catering, audiovisual setup, and onsite coordination. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Monitor and track project performance metrics, providing regular status updates and reports to stakeholders. Identify and explore marketing opportunities to attract target audiences, focus on Denmark, Finland and new markets. Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies. Your Potential Background You likely have experience as a Project Manager or Production Manager within an agency, with a track record of managing various campaigns for mid to large-sized companies. You've been responsible for every aspect, from initiative to final delivery, including budget management and performance evaluation. You are leading projects with different stakeholders and enjoy working with people and supporting the organization . As a person you love thecreative process, consistently delivering outstanding projects. What we're looking for Minimum 3+ years experience within marketing (eventmanagement, communications) We are seeking candidates with knowledge and experience on other markets. Strongin project management, specifically managing campaigns and events. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive and results-driven approach. Experience in digital channels. Proven experience in analytics and data driven way of working. Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on campaign planning and execution.
