About the role: As our Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our digital marketing and driving our business to new heights. Swedish Nutra is the producer of multiple supplement brands and growing. The ideal candidate will have a startup mindset and a proven track record of relevant marketing experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. Create engaging content for multiple channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and advertising materials. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, and PPC to maximize ROI. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts. Required Skills and Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience in a Digital Marketing and Branding role with proven records Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams Strong knowledge of marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta Business, SEO and other relevant tools Knowledge of website management and social media including Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Comfortable working with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other related software Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
