This might be your next career move. We are now recruiting a Nordic Marketing Manager to Théa Nordic AB as the current Marketing Manager is retiring. The Job: The Marketing Manager (MM) will be responsible for providing overall Nordic strategies in line with Théa Global and the Nordic Country Manager group. The MM coordinates the cross functional Nordic Marketing team and provides structure and guidance for the team. Ensures promotional programs and materials are in line with global guidelines and delivered on agreed calendar for the Nordic Business. The MM is responsible to collaborate with the Country Manager group in Marketing and scientific areas. The MM is the point of contact in Nordics for the Global Marketing team. Main objectives: Developing and maintaining high level of scientific knowledge in Ophthalmology and communicating this knowledge internally and externally in a credible and effective manner Developing and maintaining peer-peer relationships with important stakeholders in key strategic therapeutic areas of Ophthalmology, relevant for the business. Building and maintaining effective leadership from a marketing perspective towards country business units Lead the Nordic cross functional marketing group Timely produce strategic direction and promotion materials for the Nordic marketing team Requirements for the position: Education and Experience: Master’s degree in life sciences; medical, biomedical, pharmaceutical or other relevant field preferred or MBA and masters/bachelor’s in marketing Broad experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a marketing and/or medical affairs position Proven experience in translation of scientific literature into business opportunities Successful track record in multi-tasking and managing promotional/ marketing projects within defined timelines Proven ability to work within a team and to work effectively with others with whom there is no direct reporting line Knowledge of Nordic pharmaceutical landscape Ability to organize and coordinate events, congresses, symposia Numerically sound; experience in managing budgets Excellent language skills: English, spoken and written More than one Nordic language is a plus Analytical Self-starter and initiator Trustworthy and ethical Communicator, networker and influencer Flexibility Please submit your application if this if of interest to you,or contact any of us if you would like know more about this exciting position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
