The role We’re out looking for a structured and process driven individual who can join Haypp Group in our journey in inspiring healthier enjoyment and help us to take a full grip on all payroll and HR admin related issues within the group. We are currently approximately 200 colleagues in Sweden, Norway, the UK, Germany, Spain and the US and we are looking to streamline all our people & payroll processes to create a scalable way of working as we are going into more markets in the future. We are currently working with different payroll providers for different markets. You will join our People & Culture team consisting of two people, Head of P&C and an HR Business Partner. The role will also mean a close collaboration with our finance team to ensure flawless processes. In this role you will be the employee facing point of contact regarding salaries, pension, sick leave or employment related questions, so it is fundamental that you enjoy the occasional interruption by a colleague who has questions or inquiries. In addition, it is important that you are familiar with the ins and outs of laws and regulations affecting the employees salaries. Following are some of the daily work tasks of the role: Ensure and carry out payroll runs for the group's 200 employees on markets such as Sweden, Norway, UK and Germany. Set up clear processes and routines for payroll Point of contact for all our payroll providers on all markets HR point of contact to employees for inquiries connected to their employment Administer all changes that has an impact on the salary Manage and administer absences (sick, parental leave, etc). Manage statistics, insurance and pensions and reporting to authorities. Administrate all our HR systems, policies and staff material Support in less complex HR inquiries What we want from you For us, it is equally important to find the right fit on an interpersonal level between us and a new colleague as it is to find someone with the right experience and competence.
