Job Description:

Tink, a leading financial technology company based in Malmö, Sweden, is seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Associate to join our remote team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in public relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective PR strategies to promote Tink's brand and products - Work closely with the PR Manager to create engaging content for press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials - Cultivate relationships with key media contacts and influencers to secure press coverage - Monitor and analyze PR metrics to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement - Assist in managing crisis communications and proactive reputation management efforts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and executive leadership to align PR goals with overall business objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR software tools - Hardworking and adaptable with a proactive mindset - Attention to detail and strong persuasion skills
