At Pernod Ricard Sweden, we're looking for a passionate individual to play a pivotal role in executing our commercial strategy in the on-trade channel within a specific sales region. We are looking for a temporary Regional Sales Representative for on-trade to cover during a parental leave, join us and together we sharpen our competitive edge! Main Purpose: In this role, you will be in charge of managing our product portfolio, building long-term relationships with on-trade customers, and securing commercial agreements. You'll ensure contract fulfillment and, most importantly, contribute to the positive growth of our brands within the region. The region is on of our most important ones, inner city Stockholm. This is a temporary position for ca 10-14 months. The overall responsibilities: Develop strong, long-term relationships within the local on-trade region. Secure strategic commercial agreements that foster collaboration. Continuously follow up on agreements in the on-trade region. Be present throughout the region, both day and night, offering training, tastings, and sharing product information. Maintain daily reporting in our CRM system. Manage the budget for the on-trade region, working towards predefined KPIs. Implement sales-driving activations and ensure the strategic brand priorities are met. Accelerate our digital presence within the on-trade region, embracing a digital mindset. Plan training and events with the Trade Marketing team. Follow up and analyze sales data for the local on-trade region. Seamlessly integrate Sustainability & Responsibility (S&R) in all activities. Key activities will include: Work in alignment with strategic brand priorities and net sales guidelines. Maintain a high physical presence in the on-trade region and meet or exceed set KPIs. Ensure reporting and feedback according to standard requirements. Represent Pernod Ricard Sweden in the market by adhering to company rules, policies, and Code of Conduct. To succeed in this role, you need: A University Degree within Business Management or similar +3 years Sales experience Proficiency in written and spoken English and Swedish  Good knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  A valid driver’s license. The position is based within the region but requires weekly travel, with an estimated allocation of approximately 15% of working hours for administrative tasks and 85% for fieldwork. Previous experience from working in the FMCG industry and/or spirits industry is a great advantage. Who you are?
