Communications Specialist - Work from home

Northvolt, a leading company in sustainable battery production, is seeking a motivated and reliable Communications Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Stockholm, Stockholms Län, with the opportunity to work remotely from home. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Northvolt's brand and values - Create engaging content for various platforms, including press releases, social media, and internal communications - Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders - Monitor and analyze communication efforts to track performance and make recommendations for improvement - Support the marketing team in creating integrated campaigns to reach target audiences - Assist in organizing events, webinars, and other promotional activities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication and marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a communications or marketing role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems - Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Experience in the energy or sustainability sector is a plus
