Remote Pr Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and energetic Remote PR Associate to join our team at Shopify. This position is based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE and is a full-time entry-level role. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in public relations or related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing PR strategies and campaigns - Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and influencers - Write and distribute press releases and media pitches - Monitor and report on PR campaign performance - Conduct market research and competitor analysis - Assist in organizing and promoting events and press conferences - Handle media inquiries and interview requests - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging

Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and writing skills - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Knowledge of PR tools and techniques - Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
