Social Media Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Mindler is seeking a motivated and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. This position is full-time and work-from-home, providing flexibility and autonomy for the right candidate. As a Social Media Manager at Mindler, you will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating engaging content, developing social media strategies, analyzing data and performance metrics, and staying up-to-date on the latest trends in social media marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of campaigns - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Work closely with the design team to create visual content for social media - Build relationships with influencers and other strategic partners - Stay informed about industry and competitor activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in social media management - Strong project management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Team-oriented with the ability to work independently - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing - Experience with social media advertising platforms - Strong attention to detail
