We’re pioneering the industry and have a first mover advantage compared to new competitors, trying to enter our space. We're seeking a Revenue Operation Manager to join us on this exciting journey. With passion and ownership, you will play a critical role in enhancing and scaling our growth, sales and marketing efforts from both technical and team perspective. As Treyd’s Revenue Operation Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Treyd has the best-in-class implementation of technology supporting our customer acquisition and retention efforts. Your insights will help prioritise efforts impacting sales and marketing. You will be in charge of maintaining accurate data and reporting, helping the entire organisation navigate supported by data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate for this role has exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and feels comfortable interacting with all functions of the organisation, including Commercial, Credit, Data Science and Tech. You’re used to helping various data systems interact with each other and setting up automated processes. Sales are currently growing at an extraordinary rate and as the driving force and technical enabler behind our sales efforts, you have a significant impact on accelerating this growth further. This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and is a part of the Commercial team, with team members located across Sweden, UK and Egypt. Please note this position is based out of Stockholm and this role is not entitled to relocation packages. Main responsibilities Own and manage our ever evolving best in class customer acquisition and data insights tool stack to facilitate data driven internal decision making, accelerating sales. Continuously evaluate, refine and implement new tools (hello, AI!). Be the technical and analytical point of contact to implement marketing and acquisition related flows and solutions. Ensure structured, streamlined and measurable ways of working in terms of prospecting new business opportunities. Continuous reporting and assure process adoption and feedback loop across the Commercial team and conduct training. Act as the internal CRM (HubSpot) champion and processes related to HubSpot, ensuring its adoption across the Commercial team. Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Credit and Data Science teams to refine lead generation, customer acquisition and customer retention. Generate and create automated reports and dashboards about Commercial team's performances and KPIs. Drive data-cleansing efforts in order to improve reporting accuracy and database integrity. Document processes and best practices. Resources & tools to support you Tech team including Data Science and Business Intelligence experts and Sales leadership team to support you in analysis and tactics. Commercial tool stack Hubspot Sales and Marketing suite Metabase BI Google suite (GA4, GTM, Google ads, Looker studio etc.) HappyFox support platform Email outreach platforms Data providers for prospecting Skills & Requirements Must-haves: A number cruncher with basic SQL coding skills. Possess a strong commercial mindset and analytical skills, coupled with a passion for process optimization and technical skills. The ability to turn data insights into commercial decisions; assess business and sales opportunities and help sales act upon your analysis. Good understanding of systems, tools and how they integrate. A solid understanding of basic financial metrics. A genuine interest in Treyd’s business, how the buy now pay later industry works and develops. Passion and can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to deliver results for your team and Treyd as a whole. Structured way of working, attention to detail, with a love for trying out new ideas and tactics. Nice to haves: Experience with HubSpot and a deep understanding of its environment.
